Shipping Timeframe

Processing typically concludes within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery duration varies based on your location and selected shipping method. While most domestic shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional carrier delays during peak seasons may extend delivery by 2-3 business days. International shipments require additional processing for customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. These rates apply to most apparel categories and accessory collections. Oversized items or special packaging requirements may incur additional handling fees, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Shipping Regions

Currently serving 40+ countries across North America, Europe, and select Asian markets. We cannot ship to PO boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or remote locations without standard postal services. Certain textile materials may be restricted in specific regions due to import regulations - customers will be notified immediately if such restrictions affect their order.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Our system updates tracking information every 12-24 hours. For real-time updates, use the tracking portal linked in your email or log into your account dashboard. Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking number to activate in carrier systems.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we meticulously monitor all shipments, occasional delays occur due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier logistical issues. Customs & Import Duties
