You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically reflect within 5-7 business days.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you may instead initiate a return upon receiving the package, following our standard return procedures outlined below.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for return at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Upon receiving your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify its condition. Once approved, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of approval.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you received a gift and wish to return it, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time.
